Cool Dynamics

These vacuum coolers offer both a dry cycle (i.e. lettuce)
or a wet cycle (i.e. broccoli). The vacuum coolers rapidly
cool product from field temperature to 2 degrees Celsius in
20-25 minutes. The design shown here is a twin pallet
portable vacuum cooler. |
