HUMICOOL®

It uses two basic mediums, Water and Air.

Water is essentially utilised as a secondary refrigerant and a consistent "heat sink", water is passed over a refrigerated coil which extracts the heat absorbed by the water as it comes in contact with the air through the heat exchanger.

The water is circulating in the opposing direction to the air as it passes through the air handler. Simply the water cools and humidifies the air which in turn is used to maintain temperature and humidity conditions.

Standard temperature Range 0'c (32F) - 250c (78F).
Humidity 94-97% over total temperature range.

Exchanger

High efficient polypropylene fill with maximum thermal performance all welded. Free Moisture Elimination Polypropylene filament to eliminate any drift from the air handler air.

Access Doors Hinged doors are provided for access to free moisture eliminators and for inspection and cleaning of the inside of cabinet. Drain and Water Connection

A stainless steel drain well in mounted flush to the floor of the water basin of which a 65 mm (2 11211) pvc drain pipe is attached. This allows for proper draining of the water basin and ease of cleaning. Water supply is 1/2" copper.

Cabinet - Manufactured from 19mm (3/4") Structural "A" grade ply- wood which after assembly is fibre glassed inside and out including the feet of the cabinet. The water reserve is then flow coated to ensure complete sealing and for easier cleaning.

Fixings - All nuts, bolts, bracketing and screws within the cabinet are high grade stainless steel.

Water System - P V C. piping with anti-clogging low Pressure spray. Water Pump In-line centrifugal pump with stainless steel shaft and bronze impeller.

Fans - Adjustable aluminium axial flow fans or low noise backward curved fans which are selected for maximum performance depending on application. Fan Motor As standard high torque T.E.F.C. electric motors (axial fans only).
